Cheese Dough with Nuts W. Kandinsky, Composition IV, 1911

Nuts in Cheese dough (25 pieces)



Butter - 100g
Kashkaval cheese (or parmesan) finely grated - 100g
Feta Cheese(bulgarian) finely grated - 100g
Cream Cheese - 3 spoons
Sour Cream - 2 spoons
Flour - 1 cup
Chives - 3 spoons
Salt, pepper

Filling and coating

Walnuts - 25 halves
Seasame - 50g
Beated egg

Put into a bowl all ingredients of the dough. Make the dough. Store in the freezer for an hour.

Heat the oven to high temperature (200 C).

Divide the dough into 25 lumps. Make from each lump a ball with a nut inside. Spread the beated egg over all balls , put seasame on top.

Bake till the dough turns brownish.
